XR Extreme Reach - Production Editor March 24 - Present

Creating graphics and editing video content for broadcast and online media campaigns as part of a global performance marketing and film post-production team. Clients included Disney, Sephora and Walmart. This involves editing both short and long form adverts for very tight deadlines, motion design work arranging layouts, assets and fonts in accordance to strict guidelines, utilizing video production shortcuts and spreadsheet workflows for efficient results, maintaining a high standard of content organization across hundreds of projects, and understanding specifications and video outputs for broadcast and social platforms. I have also taken on added responsibilities such as managing and coordinating a team of twelve people, technical troubleshooting and training my peers to use the company platform, Adobe and Microsoft Office for post-production tasks.

OBI Property - Content Creator, Motion Designer, Video Editor & Co-ordinator Aug 22 - Sep 23

Worked alongside in-house designers and videographers to produce content which promoted and diversified the business to clients and the public on company marketing websites and social media accounts, from ideation and storyboarding to final outputs. Responsibilities included assisting on commercial sets and handling production equipment, shooting, logging, assembling, editing, grading, captioning and generating graphics in accordance with briefs and brand guidelines. I introduced new clients to the business based on my skillset and instigated the creation of bi-weekly posts about personnel, local issues, arts and culture on social media to broaden the business and increase brand awareness.

Art With Heart - Motion designer July 22 - Sep 23

Animated part-time for an arts company rebrand and website launch. This involved creating a motion graphics short which showcases the rebrand, values and past projects. I sifted through multimedia content spanning over 10 years, designed, assembled, and developed a visual narrative which I then storyboarded and animated whilst liaising with the client and working in accordance with the script and brand guidelines.

TripleDotMakers - Video Editor, Motion Designer & Camera Operator Sep 19 - Oct 22

Collaborated with a moving image studio that focuses on creative community engagement projects with clients such as Manchester International Festival and National Trust, and commercial clients including Adidas and Boohoo. Responsibilities involved assisting at live events, commercial sets and productions, shooting, logging, assembling, editing, grading, captioning and exporting content for brand strategy and social media platforms, operating cameras and production equipment at events and shoots, ideating, developing and creating motion graphics, animations and projection mapped installations alongside illustrators and producers, recording and interviewing talent and the public.

Festival Highlights - Submerge - Videographer & Editor March - June 22

Filmed live events and edited video for a highlights reel to promote Submerge performance arts festival. This involved adapting to situations and thinking on the fly whilst shooting fast-paced performances and their audiences, adjusting cameras and equipment for a variety of lighting and space scenarios within various venues, then logging, editing, grading and exporting video for social platforms in accordance with the client’s specifications.

'Stan' theatre production - Art With Heart - Stop Motion & 3D Animator Oct 21 - Feb 22

Designed and animated virtual sets for a theatre project inspired by Manchester Museum aimed at young people and families. This involved using hand drawn illustration and animation techniques to produce a promotional trailer for the show with a turnaround of less than 2 weeks. I used Cinema 4D for 3D character animation and simulations, and Adobe After Effects for 2.5D visualization of rooms within the University of Manchester Museum, animating and compositing 3D/2D characters, texturing various assets and designing creative captions that integrate sign language for deaf audiences. 

'Behave Myself' album tour visuals - She Drew The Gun - Motion Designer Aug - Oct 21

Created video content to be projected during the band’s live show. Ideated and developed a visual narrative and style for 19 songs within a month, mainly using Adobe After Effects. Tasks included generating and commissioning illustrated assets, collecting, logging, and assembling found footage, animating, and rendering 2D video assets, arranging compositions and layouts for live editing. 

'Wrecked!' animation - The Knotted Project - 2D Motion Designer March - May 21

Animated on a short film to form part of an interactive installation at Windermere Jetty to engage and inform young audiences about the local myths and history of the museum. This involved collaborating with an illustrator and working to a set brief, rigging and animating a 2.5D environment, creating practical effects as well as generating simulations, VFX and animating a variety of illustrated characters.
